After a 10-years career in several software firms on a variety of projects, I was able to see clearly the pros and cons of either tall or small structures, but that all had a common link that didn’t suit me.
These experiences made me want to create a company in which the mindset would be a common vector, guided by a professionalism of every moment and a permanent listening of others, while keeping the desire for a smart growth.
The gathering with 3 friends, that shared the same vision, made this project possible.
At PREREQUIS, I’m in charge of human resources with everything that goes within: hiring, training, associates management, payroll, etc…
All while assuming my job as a consultant… and my obligations as a father.
